Duties and code of conduct of editors

  1. Editor of MS is responsible for deciding which of the articles submitted to the journal should be published.
  2. Editor is supposed to evaluate manuscripts for their intellectual content and evaluate it without regard to nationality, race, ethnic origin, gender, religious belief, political conviction or sexual orientation.
  3. Editor and any editorial staff must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding person (author, reviewer). Editor must keep confidentiality especially about manuscripts, their authors, results and contents of the peer-review process.
  4. Editor is obliged to guarantee mutual blindness of the peer-review process and must not deliberately disclose identities of authors of manuscripts and reviewers.

Editor-in-chief can have in MS editor duties.
